Surviving Covid

personal policy & rules of diplomacy to stay alive and beat covid-19

This site page is geared for family use but if you practice the 3 simple base rule at work or in public until covid pandemic has passed weather it be in late 2022 or next year - its better for us so we don't loose loved ones OK.

  1. Get your shots asap
  2. Ware your masks in public, not outdoors, but where you are close to people out side of your family living unit or at work around customers or other workers
  3. Social distance - very easy just give people safe room - stand back 8 feet in lines weight for people do get stuff done then do your thing pretty easy come on!

Be a super user -

A super user is  someone that does what is right even when others aren't doing enough or like in the form of poor leadership from the Florida Governess office or the last present of the USA's mocking of the American top doctors advice for Personal Protective Equipment to defend against covid - do what is smart - listening to the top doctors is always right!

For the President to use his office in a pandemic to undermine the top doctor of the USA's advice,in my view is a new terrorism, its the act of stupid!  Donald Trump made very stupid decisions in the eyes of his follows while on world touching news - like wholly man put that guy in the nursing home with some duck tape over his mouth!

"Please God don't let another person so unworthy be the president of the United States of America ever again - in Jesus name I pray!"

So just use the lines to protect your self and family until we get 100% vaccinated - its not that big of a deal like; wearing seat belts or not drinking and driving - it just better to act accordinly

Guidelines for Covid survival

Rule 1.   Be disciplined and be a leader and follow this policy.

Rule 2. Choose a small number of people (the people in your house) to be comfortable and have your guard down around - but still wash your hands and if someone is sick - make them comfortable - but even encourage them to have a room of the house to themselves and keep a distance of 2 meters from other members of the house hold - don't breath in their faces for sure.

Rule 3.  Have masks ready and use them when out side of your household family group or use them if someone is sick in your house - like don't be tough and plug up the hospitals ok just be safe and use your mask when around people outside of your family group simple as that just do it, if you got one or two friends - stick to them and use your masks other wise.

For example;  on the bus, at the store and other areas, even on the side walk, if someone is too lazy or stupid to do it - be a leader and do it

Rule 4.  Keep your social distance when in public at work, or on city transit.  2 meters is the rule of thumb (6 feet) - try to just be courteous in the neighborhood or at the store, give people a chance to do their shopping and give them space. Then if you have a mask on and social distance keeping a 6 foot or 2 meter space you have drastically cut down the chances of getting and spreading covid-19 or even ever getting it  -

Rule 5.  When out in public OR AT HOME be clean, keep your mask on and social distance of 6 feet from people in the store, or on the C Train or at the bank, and also use hand sanitizer and be disciplined when you are out in public.  Don't touch a door handle then rub your face or adjust your mask, use hand-sanitizer after you touch a door, or a kiosk key pad like at an ATM Machine or a work time clock.  When shopping as well, wipe down your stuff at home, and keep it away from people before you clean it a little and put the stuff away.

Rule 6. Have activities where  you can get some exercise and get out of the house, but practice social distancing.   When we do our interviews, or have meetings we will stand 6 feet away from people and ware our masks as much as possible and definitely don't be at a super spreader event where people are not encouraging covid 19 social distancing and personal protective equipment like mask use!

Rule 7.  Be happy but use the telephone or zoom.us to communicate with people don't gather in large groups if at all possible keep your social distancing at any event or at the line at the bank or in the super store.

Rule 9.  Be prepared when you are going out that you have a clean mask and hand sanitizer and try to go shopping on days when the shopping facilities are not maxed out such as Friday evenings.  Have a mask that is not made two thick for you to breath and that it doesn't cause you to become faint from lack of oxygen and you pass out.  I don't recommend polyester masks - use N-95 masks or even a cotton handkerchief or even an old cotton t shirt cut into a square folded over and died behind the head is a very good choice and will limit the chance of you spitting the virus,  and/or you getting the virus.
