As well once the plan is in-place I bring it together with trades build expertise for a lasting well build project completed.

To start the process I do a consultation from there we bring together a plan, from there the tools can come out and we will build your dream come true.

I like to do; environment analysing, designing and engineering,  tile work, exterior and interior renovations including commercial, new homes, spray painting, carpentry, exterior water proofing, really good bathrooms and kitchens.  

I feel I am really good.  I love my tools - you save time and money when I am around and am on the leading edge of Green Builders in the Canadian Environment.

I do small to large projects myself from design to completion!

In 1993 I began my carrier and have been doing building construction and manufacturing in Canada ever since.  My experience is now 27 years in 2020 of in providing building construction and retrofitting.

Carpenter skills are not just on the tools but cover numerous related trade distinction

as well I am a very experienced office manager and am a designer able to bring my experience and love for the environment on board when bringing your dreams to life. 

I am a real Canadian, money is not the bottom line to me, I care about my workers, the environment and I also strive for the best quality workmanship.  As well being a modern man, new innovations and connectivity are ongoing topics of study to add into your real estate projects when I am on board. 

Studies right now include building in a diverse environment

of connectivity and climate change pressures.  As well, I believe, no, I know we are over amping on wifi and cell and there is to much radiation in the environment so I design and build my buildings to be dampeners not contributors to; moulds, electromagnetic fields, broad band internet and cell and also to absorpe or reflect radiation from the sun back to space with strategic designs and innovations.

I do building consultations and bring the Knowledge of the Science of 10 000 years of building on earth and the Canadian Building Code to the table when doing construction planning as I am a historian of science, culture, climate and building construction.

Energy and Low Carbon Foot Print Homes

Since 2009 I have been working in the Green sector.  It began on a break from the west where I held my first national management position and had helped to build some of the largest most energy efficient real-estate on earth.   I came home and I ended up doing several projects including a heritage retrofit with a brilliant Norwegian friend and electrical scientist, as well I retrofitted my Mom's home, and helped engineer the first green energy rebate program web site, so I did as well virtual construction. 

For the one custom renovation we under pinned the heritage house

giving a 1800 mm key wide foot print under the 100 year old stone and mortar foundation giving it less chance to sink into the clay soil culture of this rich Ontario land.  Then the team dug the floor space down 30 cm bringing more head room into the basement.  

We ran almost 1 km of 1 inch pipe around the floor deep into the water table, then we routed that water with water pumps back through the house to stabilise the standard yearly temperature through heat exchange and the first geo thermo project I worked on learning so much of how we waste for dollars - killing our environment when there are so many other ways.  Our work brought the heating system to very cheaply give the house a common temperature in the middle of the summer or winter by taking hot/cold from the ground and dispersing it through the fores air system

Today my experience spans the nation; residential, commercial, industrial and civil construction

from light weight modular homes to "BIG HEAVY" construction.   I have helped to retrofit the Alaska, Highway working on bridge deck restorations while worrying about the fish habitat below, and bears lol where the population of bears was 30 000 to 900 people ya real pressure, built Medical buildings and Hospitals in the Yukon Territories and was hand picked by top management to work on the most efficient high rise projects in the world at the time

Right now I want to expand my own success, as I really am an experienced architect and engineer and designer and really good over all craftsman with many years on the tools as a; carpenter, tile installer, renovator, painter and over all good builder.   

As of January 07 2020 I am looking for work, I want to be building my own houses for people with money, and patience, and vision from start to finish but until I am booked call me for any job listed here in!  Please do not call me if you are a flip, or wannabee in trouble with no money - I am sorry I don't care, you shouldn't have jumped in with out testing the water.
