So Mom will say be more professional, but yay, to have a cowboy like Erik the Craftsman working for you - I am straight Goods, blessed by God I don't, won't, written in the good book not to lie!  Unlike a lot of the littler peeps out there.  Truth is everything to me.

I don't like crap - I do all work to factory installation perimeters, as well I stand behind my name and work.  Service calls are part of the game, if something is done by me and questionable, with in reason I will be there to repair things that don't last.  Its my carrier my focus & study, I didn't wake up and go, "well I am sick of timmy's or my shop job, I am going to go get rich quick on construction".   Get rich quick schemes usually take 20 years.   Oh wait I have been 26 years in the industry. 

People need to be accountable and remember God only gave us so much time, be thankful for it, pick an industry stick with it, become good at it then you will get money. 

The country is a mess right now of job jumpers, that don't have any respect for job experience or mentor ship - that is one thing I hate, its hard to find good followers these days, cause everyone thinks that YouTube , and home depot do it your self books make you a brain surgeon over the period of 2 20 minute question and answers sessions and 4 searches on YouTube.  No offence I have seen stuff on You tube, I am going to start linking it, that is WRONG, VERY FREAKN WRONG. I have even seen severe structural errors where electrical is being put into load point pinches, and the guy has 2 million followers.  No wonder I hear fire trucks all the time. 

I stand behind my work. If something isn't right, and I walk off the job, THINK ABOUT IT.  I don't fight, I don't work desperately - I walk.  Cause I don't like to do stuff wrong.
