Mould causing dyslexia with case study examples in new homes and occupied rentals by Erik The Craftsman  2019

I have concerns about serious danger in the building construction of homes in my country and am seeing a growing number of severe mould, nation wide.

I am studying moulds and they are bad. Behaviour in people around them is not normal, un predictable and high rate.

My studies of mould start far before I even new what building construction was all about.

I am a special needs person who really has allergies. In 1987 our country didn't yet understand them as I do now, I believe my observations and sampling are remarkable and they need to gain some momentum and governmental attention. Back in grade 2 I was put in special Ed where the teacher screamed in my face, causing me to cry cause I tried my best – she had no clue that I was dyslexic, gifted in many ways, but at that point I was punished for being different. That year hert my life – and caused me to have a phobia to forms and paper work, although I have mastered it on my own, after finding others in places of authority like the Yukon Territories medical community that have more experience with interesting weird dangers coming from the very special environment of the Yukon and high north including places like the Alaska Highway where sections of flood land are being purchased for government sanctions and residence, both Native Canadian and status natives cause I was born here I consider myself a native just not a Status Native.

Again please bare with my site pages as I develop because I do get dyslexic. Dyslexia is not a disease as some would think. It is a symptom that I and many others get when around poisons in the environment.

If you see spelling and grammatical errors don't judge me, know that is a natural indicator of poisons in the environment causing me to default memory and I can't recall things like words and phrases or grammar that do not especially follow common since in the rules. As well a warning sign for me when I am around moulds that are super dangerous, like Nero toxic black moulds I will see messaging flip back and forth.

A sentence example where dyslexia is evident from mould poisoning;

Phone call comes in. The caller is Debbie. Debbie wants to leave a message for Larry. I will know right away of the symptom emerging because the sentence when reaching my brain then back to a note for Larry will come out as "Debbie call Larry." In severe cases I am seeing many many many new homes and wood from Canada and the US that is so toxic that others have had my strange unique symptoms thus proving dyslexia is a symptom not a disease.

After seeing that note, in our penthouse where Larry was visiting and our friend Debbie was calling I did a search of the house. The child in the home was out of control and I was observing behavioural problems from him, and also serious mental health questions raising in his Dad and obviously the bell ringer warning me, my dyslexia. The results of my search, black midnight mould in the shower/bathroom area and an air vent going up many stories close to the bathroom a major conduit for building internal moisture and mould spawning.

Example on the job new building construction:

Wood framing contract. Scope build two duplex infill homes with garages in the Banff trail area of Calgary. CJ is a very good carpenter, he is yelling measurements down to myself Erik the Craftsman.

Erik has warned CJ of the visible mould on lifts of fresh brand new lumber, just off the delivery truck.

Erik and CJ argue very miner about Erik's concern, CJ writes off Erik's observations as a joke.

CJ takes measurements for back framing, and sends them to Erik. The order - cut a 2x6 at 76 inches.

Erik through the lumber to CJ waiting in the new house structure. CJ is shocked, knowing Eriks is an ace on the saw. Yells back in slight anger and frustration. "What was the measurement", Erik responds, "76".

The crew herd the measurement - CJ said 76. When CJ places the wood he realized the wood gap is 67 inches and the wood piece cut is way to big – CJ was experiencing dyslexia a master framer. And didn’t head or care about the warnings.

At that point after the CJ experience, like I said I have much respect for CJ. Other then when the lifts of mouldy wood where coming I never had and observation of CJ messing up measurements.

The mould on the lifts of wood came close to; joists, steal structural parts, rafters, and our fasteners and other building materials on the list.

I called some major home builder suppliers, but with little dialogue or seeming action in response all though my emails where replied to.

This wood from this real life scenario is going into homes where children and parents and new criminals will put there heads and then do stuff out of character that really, well London, Ontario has the highest rate of serial killers in Canada. Is there a link to the large amounts of black mould I am seeing? Dr groups in the US say yes. So we have two areas I am a successful contractor in this calendar year. Very far apart. Calgary, Alberta and London, Ontario. Both I am seeing very serious warning signs of a growing epidemic, if I may so be the bell ringer for it. Calgary has had crime double since 2014. Since then I have seen mould explode in that city.
